Through a combination of paper and electronic records, as well as electronic warehouse tracking systems using barcodes, we ensure full traceability at the level of raw materials, internal handling, intermediate products and processes followed, as well as the disposal of finished products.<\/p>\n<p>The information accompanying each of our products allows <strong>full access<\/strong> to all important production parameters from our departments. In addition to control, great importance is also attached to prevention. In a state-of-the-art space at the factory unit in Magoula, Attica, they process meat products targeted at HORECA markets, particularly hotel complexes, as well as mass catering units that need more ready-made solutions.
