From an early age, understanding the value of good quality food, the right choice of raw materials began to interest and fascinate me. Starting with very little knowledge in the field, I began working in the distribution of frozen raw materials in various food stores. Over time and after many visits to customers in the food service industry, I began to build professional relationships of mutual appreciation and trust, which developed into excellent friendships.
The role of our company was, and still is, advisory to the entrepreneur; we help him and explain the efficiency and suitability of each product, depending on its use. Customer satisfaction and excellent service is our main priority, and our ultimate goal is to improve our country’s position in tourism, which is a key pillar of culture and economy. By providing high quality services, we contribute to the upgrading of the overall experience of our catering customers, and consequently to the upward trend of Greek tourism.
The thought of adapting quality raw material to the needs of the final consumer, led us to the integration of our company in the retail sector, with ‘7 THALASSES’ as our main brand. The success of this venture is now reflected in the export of our products to countries in Europe and America.
Our knowledge in this delicate food sector, combined with the selection of reliable suppliers and partners, as well as respect for the customer, are part of our philosophy and lead us to continuous improvement. Our main motivation for continuing our upward trend is the existence of succession in our family business, passing on knowledge and ethical values to the next generations.
Our vision is the continuous progress of the company, which, always respecting the environmental factor, can be built with new ideas, following the requirements and needs of each era.
